Bidding is simple, easy, fun and a better way for you to source cars directly and to give you more added advantage of more options of cars to select from.

Follow below simple steps to register with us :
1. Fill the basic information in the registration form.
2. Verify your email.
3. Send required documents mentioned in mail for further process.
4. Wait for Admin verification mail.
5. You will get link to set password through mail.

Before participating in the auction process you are required to make a security deposit. We (AAA) cannot start the bidding process without this deposit. A minimum deposit of 50,000 is required to activate the bidding account. If you are unable to secure a successful bid the security deposit is refundable by 100%. However, with your consent, this amount can be used for future bidding on another car.

You are now ready to start the bidding process. As our registered member, you will place the bid on our auction website from the convenience of wherever you are in Kenya and can also take place at our AuctionYard in Naivasha.

You will be notified on the auction result via email, SMS, WhatsApp and our customer portal. You will receive an invoice.

The successful bidding price plus our agreed auction commission will be the total price before clearing, paying duty and registration.

Once you receive the invoice make the payment to the bank details provided. A deposit of 20% is required within 24 hours. The remaining balance of 80% to be cleared in 10 days failure to do so incurs per day storage charges.

You have 3 options to get the car delivered to you :
1. You can visit and pick.
2. We get the car driven to your location at a nominal fee.
3. We can also deliver the car to you on car carrier to any destination in Kenya.
